All troops should fill out TWO different rosters when arriving at a Good Turn Weekend.
  • Good Turn Project Roster: This form is to be filled out and kept until summer camp. This is needed for final Pipestone requirements. Find this roster in both excel and a PDF.
  • Pebble Patch Roster: New this year! Each youth attending Good Turn this weekend will receive their Pebble Patch for summer camp! This roster will need to be filled out and turned in. Only youth attending Good Turn Weekends will receive a Pebble Patch, all other participants wanting a Pebble Patch can purchase one in the trading post at camp. Find this roster in both excel and a PDF.
 
FRIDAY NIGHT:
  • Check in on Friday night is from 6:00-9:00pm at the Administration building
  • Prior to arrival, all unit leaders should review the COVID pre-event screening form with your youth. This will not be turned in, but for your own use. NOTE: this is a NEW form and different from previously communicated forms.
  • Only one vehicle per troop will be allowed in each campsite for the duration of the weekend.
 
SATURDAY:
  • Projects begin at 9:00am and lunch will be delivered to your worksite at 12:00pm.
  • Adults are invited to a Summer Camp Leader Meeting at 1:00pm in the Scoutmaster Lounge, located below the dining hall.
  • An adult must check in at the Administration building between 3:30-4:30pm to verify completion of their work project. All tools borrowed from the Tool House must be cleaned and returned to the Tool House after your project is completed.
  • Units spending overnight must check out with the Camp Master before you leave on Sunday.
  • Units spending only the day do not need to check out with the Camp Master.
