The Sipp-O LEC voted to reimburse $100 of this event fee to those members who attend. The National Leadership Seminar (NLS) is a weekend conference on the skills and attributes of leadership. It is intended primarily to enhance the leadership skills of the OA’s key youth and adult members as they seek to improve their services to the BSA and the community. The Developing Youth Leadership Conference (DYLC) is a weekend conference focusing on the skills and attributes of effective lodge advisers.
